The value of a spray bottle depends on whether it's carried and actually used up. Making refills free and effortless is the most direct thing we can do. Keep the bottle, replace the contents.
Four ways to top up - choose the one that's most convenient for you.
Return empty bottles
Send the empty bottle back to us, and we will refill and return the same bottle. We will cover the round-trip shipping costs.
Refill pack delivery
When needed, apply online once, and refill packs will be mailed to your home for you to replenish yourself. A maximum of four times per year.
Online Redemption Code
Enter the redemption code at checkout on the official website to redeem refills. The availability date will be announced separately.
In-store Refill Station
Refill at participating locations with your empty bottle. A list of locations will be announced when available.
Currently, we offer two ways to return empty bottles: by mail or by sending refill pouches. Online redemption codes and in-store refill stations are not yet available.
Four refills, roughly this amount
20ml per bottle, with four refills totaling 80ml. Based on using it once before leaving home and once after returning each day, this approximately covers a full year of daily use. If you use it slowly, it's fine if you don't finish it; if you use it quickly, you can still purchase additional refills after your allowance is used up.
When you purchase a 20ml travel spray from our official website, you will be automatically enrolled in the Recycling Program, no registration required. Your benefits will be valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Up to four free refills per year, available upon request. Unused refills do not carry over to the next year.
The entitlement is tied to this specific purchase, one bottle per person, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. For detailed regulations, please refer to the Loop Program terms and conditions.
