Ring Guard Plan Terms
These Terms are established by Environmental Sustainability Guardian Limited to regulate participation in and supplementary benefits of the Ring-Guard Program. Participation in this Program constitutes agreement to these Terms.
Eligibility
The "Guardian Ring Project" is a limited-time event celebrating our company's 2nd anniversary, with a quota of 100 participants. Customers who purchase a 20ml travel spray from our official website will automatically receive replenishment rights if they are among the first 100 to complete their order and payment, based on the order's timestamp. No separate registration is required; our company will confirm via email after the order is completed. Orders placed after the quota is filled will no longer qualify for free replenishment rights but may purchase refill packs when they become available for individual sale. Whether purchases made through distribution channels, physical events, or third-party platforms are eligible will be subject to the announcements of the respective channels. Participants must be at least eighteen years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
Entitlement details and period
The plan period is one year from the date of purchase. During this period, each eligible spray can apply for up to four free refills. The refill liquid cost and shipping fees will be borne by our company. Any unused refill quotas will expire at the end of the period and cannot be carried over, exchanged for cash, or other products. The fragrance options for the refill liquid will be based on what is available on the official website at the time of application.
Replenishment method
At this stage, we offer two options: "Refill Pack Delivery" and "Online Refill Request." Neither option requires you to return empty bottles. Participants can apply by WhatsApp (+852 5475 3891) or Instagram (@esguard_hk), providing their order number. We will send the refill pack, and the shipping cost will be borne by our company. "In-store Refill Stations" and "In-store Refill Pack Collection" are not yet available; their availability, applicable locations, and conditions will be announced separately. Our company does not guarantee their eventual opening. Participants are responsible for filling the bottles themselves; please ensure the bottle is clean before refilling.
Non-transferable
The supplementary benefits are tied to the specific purchase and purchaser for that transaction, one bottle per person. They cannot be transferred, gifted, combined, or traded in the secondary market. For orders with multiple bottles, each bottle enjoys independent benefits, but these benefits cannot be combined across different bottles.
Returns & Cancellations
If a consumer returns the sprayer within the seven-day cooling-off period in accordance with the law to cancel the contract, the refill rights for that sprayer will simultaneously terminate. If the refill rights have already been exercised, the Company may deduct the actual cost of the provided refill liquid and shipping fees from the refund. If an order is canceled or payment fails, the rights will not be established from the outset.
Handling of Abuse
If there is any falsification of orders, duplicate applications, large-scale acquisition of refills through dummy accounts, resale of refills, or other circumstances in violation of the good faith of these terms, the Company may suspend or terminate the participant's rights and reserves the right to seek compensation. The Company's determination of whether an abuse constitutes an abuse shall be based on a comprehensive assessment of order records, application frequency, and recipient information.
Personal Data
To implement this plan, our company collects, processes, and utilizes participants' names, contact information, shipping addresses, and order records. The period of utilization is the duration of the plan and the subsequent period required by law for data retention. The area of utilization is where our company operates. Participants may request to inquire, correct, or delete their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act; after deletion, supplementary services will no longer be available. Terms Modification and Plan Termination
The Company may amend these Terms or terminate this Program and will announce such changes on its official website. Amendments or termination shall not affect rights and interests established before the effective date of the announcement, which shall continue to be fulfilled according to the original terms until their expiration. In the event that the Company is unable to provide refill liquid due to reasons not attributable to the Company (e.g., raw material shortage, logistics disruption, changes in laws and regulations), the Company may substitute with equivalent products or provide a refund.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by [Governing Law]. For any disputes arising from this Project, both parties agree that [Jurisdiction Court] shall be the court of first instance.
