Identify your product before refilling
20ml liquid aroma mist
Use the matching official refill and directions. Do not add plain water, other cleaning liquids or mix formulas yourself.
Aura Mist
Uses a separate silica-capsule system activated with water. Follow the official Aura Mist instructions for water volume, capsule replacement and operation. These instructions do not apply to the 20ml liquid bottle.

Refilling a 20ml mist
The four current mists use an alcohol-free, water-based micro-film formula. Use the matching official refill and its directions. Do not dilute with water or mix in other cleaning products, which changes the formula.
How does Aura Mist work?
Aura Mist uses a separate waterless silica-capsule and water-activation system. Ingredients are released after water is added and the system activated. Retain the bottle and replace the capsule, following the product's formal water-volume and activation instructions.
What is the refill programme?
The website's second-anniversary programme offers four free refills over one year to the first 100 eligible 20ml spray purchasers. Check the programme page for current availability, application steps and full terms.
How can I compare environmental performance?
Consider actual reuse cycles, refill packaging and transport. Reusability alone does not prove a fixed carbon-reduction percentage. Quantified environmental benefits require a defined baseline and supporting calculations.
