ESGUARDIAN receives up to HK$600,000 in grant funding from Po Leung Kuk's "Social Entrepreneurship Manager 2.0 - Act for Good Programme"

ESGUARDIAN confirmed its selection for the Po Leung Kuk "Social Entrepreneurship Programme 2.0 – Acts of Goodness" and was approved for a maximum of HKD 600,000 in full, non-repayable seed funding to support the team in advancing innovative projects aimed at solving social problems in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The program is organized by Po Leung Kuk, funded by the "Youth Development Fund" of the Home Affairs and Youth Affairs Bureau and the Youth Development Commission's "Youth Entrepreneurship Programme in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (2024–2027)," and sponsored by the Tencent Charity Foundation. Out of over 600 applications this round, 17 teams were ultimately selected, with 12 teams receiving HKD 600,000 in funding and the remaining teams receiving HKD 310,000.
Po Leung Kuk held its launch ceremony today, with the Secretary for Home Affairs and Youth Affairs, Ms. Alice Mak, as the officiating guest. She emphasized that the program will provide comprehensive support through funding, entrepreneurship training, incubation, and professional consulting to help young people bring their innovations to fruition and integrate into the nation's development strategy.
ESGUARDIAN stated: "Receiving the HKD 600,000 non-repayable grant will significantly accelerate our product development and market validation in the Greater Bay Area, allowing us to continuously respond to social needs with innovation and create measurable positive impact."
